Rancang Bangun AI Sales Agent Menggunakan Metode SDLC dan Large Language Model untuk Otomatisasi Penjualan

Proses penjualan berbasis percakapan pada bisnis retail masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterlambatan respon, inkonsistensi layanan, dan ketergantungan pada tenaga penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun AI Sales Agent menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan Large Language Model (LLM) untuk otomatisasi penjualan end-to-end pada bisnis retail. Sistem dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge base bisnis, dan Sales State Machine untuk menghasilkan interaksi penjualan yang kontekstual dan konsisten. Metode SDLC diterapkan melalui enam tahapan: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dan Scenario-Based Evaluation terhadap tujuh requirement fungsional dan non-fungsional. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kecepatan respon rata-rata 4,2 detik, akurasi rekomendasi dengan cosine similarity 0,96, context understanding 100%, retrieval relevance Precision@K 0.90, task completion rate 90%, skalabilitas 20 percakapan simultan, dan ketersediaan sistem 24/7. Sistem berhasil mengotomatisasi proses penjualan melalui WhatsApp secara kontekstual, konsisten, dan skalabel.
