Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

1.General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of  Frasa: English education and literature  journal must be:

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 4000 - 6000 words.
  3. The article must include abstract in English (100-200 words) and be following by the keywords (3-5 words).
  4. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting. The citation must be in the form of in-text and bibliography are based on APA 6th Edition (American Psychological Association)
  5. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Frasa: English education literature  journal template.

2. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without acronym or abbreviation.
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 100 to 200 WORDSNo citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research methodology results and discussion, and  conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction, Research Methodology - Results and Discussion, Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 75% from reputable journal papers.
  5. The manuscript should be checked and edited by an English Language Editor (Proofreader). 

3. How to Register as An Author

  1. Visit the Website
    Go to the Frasa Journal OJS website at https://ojs.udb.ac.id/FRASA/index
  2. Click ‘Register’
    Find and click the ‘Register’ button usually located on the top menu bar.
  3. Fill in Your Details
    Complete the registration form with your first name, last name, affiliation, country, email, and username.
    Make sure all information is accurate.
  1. Create a Secure Password
    Choose a strong password and confirm it as required.
  2. Tick the ‘Author’ Role
    In the registration options, tick ‘Author’ to enable you to submit manuscripts.
  3. Agree to Privacy and Policy Terms
    Check the box to agree with the journal’s privacy statement and policies.
  4. Submit Your Registration
    Click ‘Register’ to complete the process.
  5. Confirm Your Email (if required)
    Check your email for a confirmation or activation link and follow the instructions to activate your account.
  6. Login to Your Account
    Return to the website and login using your username and password.

Start a New Submission
Click ‘New Submission’ on your dashboard to begin submitting your manuscript as an Author.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere, unless explained in Comments to the Editor.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

We will not share, sell, or disclose this information to any third party for commercial or non-related purposes. The journal ensures that all collected data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

In addition, this journal implements a double-blind peer review process. The review process keeps the identities of authors and reviewers strictly confidential. Authors are required to remove any identifying information from their manuscripts, and reviewers must not disclose their identities or use any information obtained during the review for personal advantage. The editorial team ensures that all files and metadata are managed in a way that preserves anonymity.

By registering or submitting to this journal, users consent to the use of their personal data for the stated purposes and agree to the confidentiality principles upheld in the double-blind review process.
